Affordability: How We Partner with Families- Multi-child enrollment discount available to all families

- Income Grant based on a family’s Adjusted Gross Income
- Referral Incentive available for all families
- Tuition credits through the use of our Tuition Reduction Incentive Program (TRIP) through RaiseRight.

Tuition Credits & Savings Plan

Family Referral INCENTIVEFamilies who share their experiences and encourage others to explore Catholic education are always appreciated. Any family or individual who refers a new family to our schools will receive a one-time tuition credit when the new family enrolls a child for the first time.

TRIP
The Tuition Reduction Incentive Plan is an easy way to receive tuition credits. Using the RaiseRight program, families can purchase gift cards at face value and receive a portion of the amount back as a tuition credit.

tuition assistance program

Tuition Assistance is a financial award applied to tuition based on financial need.
Families must complete the FACTS Grant and Aid Application by April 15th to be considered for additional funds.
- Only one application per family, not per student, is required. Paper applications will NOT be accepted.
- All applications are processed by FACTS and reviewed by the CSGK Business Office. The process takes into account a family’s income level, family size, number of students enrolled, monthly income and expenses, and any special circumstances, etc.
- Applications received after the deadline will be processed but funds may be limited.
- A family’s personal information is kept confidential and is only available to FACTS and the CSGK Business Office.
- While we cannot guarantee the ability to grant 100% of a family’s request, we will do our best to meet every family’s need.
- We aim to notify all families of their qualified assistance amount by the end of June.
- CSGK distributed more than $422,000 to our school families last year!
Frequently Asked Questions
Where do the funds for Tuition Assistance come from?- Endowed Funds
- The Kalamazoo Regional Catholic Schools Foundation provides funds to all three schools, as well as, high school student scholarships (see below).
- Generous Benefactors
- The Covenant Scholarship is funded by a private donor and is available to students, preschool through 8th grade, of St. Augustine Cathedral School and St. Monica Catholic School.
- All recipients must be registered and active parishioners at one of the eight supporting parishes of CSGK.
How do families apply?
Families apply for tuition assistance by completing the FACTS Grant and Aid Application before the April 15th deadline. The application does require families to log in with username and password.
How do I pay my tuition?
We offer several options for tuition payments.- Pay in Full: Pay your family tuition by August 10th and receive a 3% discount
- Payment Plans: Families who would like to spread tuition payments out over twelve months (July to June)
- Current Options for Payment Plans: Weekly, Bi-monthly (twice a month), and Monthly
When is the first tuition payment due?
The first payment date is based on the payment plan selected in the tuition contract.- July 1st: Weekly - will be billed every Monday, must be through ACH payment
- July 1st: Bi-monthly - Twice a month on Mondays, must be through ACH Payment
- July 1st OR July 16th: Monthly payments - families may choose their preferred date
